**The organisation**

Troocoo are delighted to be partnering with this leading, innovative professional services firm to source a Team Assistant. Our client has enjoyed significant growth and success over the years and is now seeking a Team Assistant to support their growing management team.

**The Role**
- The responsibilities of this role include:_
- Extensive diary management
- Organising meetings and travel
- Preparing and processing correspondence
- Building and developing relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, workshops, and training sessions
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to plan conferences, organize and book transfers
- Assist with the onboarding of new starters
- Ad-hoc administration tasks

**About you**
- Proven experience as an office assistant, PA and/or team assistant.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task and willingness to assist across all aspects of office administration.
