**About The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced administrator that can support the needs of multiple teams in the office including Operations & Service Delivery, Reporting & Compliance, and HR, Recruitment and Rostering. This unique role gives the incumbent a view across many of the business departments and supports vital processes that allow us to maintain growth.
The position is permanent, full time, based at our North Sydney office.
Duties include:
Operations and Service Delivery
- Client reporting including monitoring due dates, data collation and presentations.
- Attend meetings as required, take minutes, distribute and monitor actions.
Reporting and Compliance
- Updating asset status, electrical testing and tagging, service, maintenance and safety inspections, insurances, registration, fuel cards and etags.
- Monitoring completion and updating of safety documents and Toolbox Talks, documenting and liaising with Service Delivery for implementation.
- Completion of office monthly site risk assessments.
- Liaising with the warehouse and operations to ensure completion of monthly checks and assessments, including vehicle safety checks and use reporting.
- Office and building keys, access and liaising with building management regarding emergency and fire warden training and drills.
- Assist with internal audit checks. Monitor audit actions and record completion.
- Monitor and update actions in Jira Service Management projects.
- Organising meetings, creating agenda and minutes.
- Updating the Stakeholder Communication.
- Fair Work Statements update checks and distribution.
HR, Recruitment and Rostering
- Receptionist for main business phone line.
- Maintain office kitchen and birthday calendars, organise celebrations and send invitations.
- Tracking completion of employee inductions.
- HR monitoring and reporting for client training requirements.
- Monitor and organise uniform stock.
**Minimum Qualifications, Competencies and Experience**
- Confidence communicating with staff at all levels of the business.
- Advanced verbal and written English.
- Able to work to deadlines and competing priorities.
- High attention to detail.
- Flexibility and willingness to undertake a range of tasks.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision at times.
- A proactive approach with honed problem-solving skills.
- Obtain (and maintain) Working with Children and Police Checks within 2 weeks of commencement of the role. Police check to be renewed every 5 years.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
