**As a Showroom Representative of Steelcase, you would be managing and supporting the business in the following areas**: The role will be responsible for providing support and excellent service to our customers, providing product knowledge and advice with a can-do attitude. Managing day-to-day customer enquiries, and product presentations to ensure an excellent customer experience. The role includes - Maintaining the showroom facilities, events, and daily customer appointments. - Provide accurate product information and outstanding customer service to all customers - Provide product briefing and demo assistance to customers and assist customers with the selection of products. - Develop strong commercial relationships with customers. - Using Steelcase in-house systems to process sales orders. - Handling incoming calls, transfers, records messages, and forward to individuals to follow up. - Handling booking for showroom visits, walk-ins, and providing product demos. Specifically: “Task Seating Products" available in Australia and online store products. - Work closely with showroom space to avoid overcrowded or unplanned walks-in, customers, and staff members in the work-life. - Online store delivery logs maintenance and follow-up on order progress. - Support in coordination with the warehouse for the delivery to customers. - Support in churning Delivery Ticket. - Customer service for e-commerce after-sales support (returns, schedule of servicing, parts). - Maintaining showroom facilities and administrations. **Must have** - Dynamic and energetic individual, who engages easily with clients and understands the importance of building relationships. - Have at least 1-2 years of experience working in customer service. We welcome recent graduates who enjoy meeting new people. - Have a genuine interest in interior design or furniture design. - Demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional customer service. - Confident and comfortable in making autonomous decisions when required. - Possess intermediate computer skills: use of Microsoft and retail point of sale essential. **Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Annual bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Australian Capital Territory ACT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred)
