Floral Image has an exciting opportunity to join their customer service team. Based out of the warehouse in Campertown, NSW, this is not your typical customer service role. This position would suit someone seeking fresh air and the flexibility that being on the road offers. You’ll enjoy the diversity of visiting locations across Sydney, servicing around 30 clients on a daily basis.

**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Manager who is based in Adelaide, the Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for providing outstanding customer service to existing customers and distributing floral arrangements to all customers on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customers with a friendly and engaging experience.
- Gather customer feedback, identify solutions to problems that may arise, and ensure customer retention
- Use of FI technology solutions to provide customer insight into sales experience
- Identify cross sell opportunities or referral opportunities.
- Ensure the company vehicle is stocked with appropriate variety of changeover units and arrangements that match customer preferences
- Ensure the floral arrangements are kept in a tidy well-maintained condition.
- Maintain written receipts and cash reconciliation

**About you**:
The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- experience in a similar role and industry exposure preferred, but not essential.
- a warm and friendly personality, strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- the ability to work well within a broader team environment as well as thrive on working independently in the field.
- A valid driver’s licence.

Floral image provides on the job training and specific skills training in respect to customer service process and approach, presentation of flowers and use of proprietary technology.
