**About this role**:
The focus of this role is to maximise sales revenue by providing administrative support to both customers and the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome customers providing skill and knowledge on the range of products on offer in the showroom.
- Take phone requests, documenting the call and processing orders, quotations, order changes & adjustments.
- Accuracy on quotations.
- Accurately handle enquiries and complaints.

**Skills and Experience**
- 2-4 years in sales and administration.
- Ability to nurture and develop existing relationships.
- Well-presented with excellent communication skills.
- Genuine customer focus.
- 1+ years sales experience (ideally within the têxtile industry)
