This company has one of the best reputations in the industry. The company has 4 stunning and fabulous showrooms in Australia. The company provides a range of Hi-end and luxury Natural stone, Italian bathrooms, basins, tap-ware, tiles, and furniture. They are well known for their elegantly designed products which are heavily sought after.

This business prides themselves on delivering the most exceptional service to their clients. They do not believe in sales but focus on customer services, provide great consulting, and help their clients make the best choices. Therefore, they do not set any sales KPI or targets for this role as they only believe in delivering the best possible service.

**ROLE**

As a Showroom Consultant / Sales Representative, you will be the pioneer of supporting important clients with design & product advice. You will build, develop and maintain strong relationships with the architect, interior designers and end users, ensuring that you build a solid project pipeline.

**DUTIES**
- Book and make appointments with end user clients, architects, and designers
- Greet and support end-user clients, architects and designers who visit the showroom
- Proactively arrange and organise external meetings with architects and designers
- Develop a strong understanding of client needs to find the best outcome for clients
- Provide advice, consulting and recommendations on products and finishes
- Guide and support the client with design advice and recommendations
- Prepare quotations for sales, raising invoices and processing payments
- Follow up quotations and prospects that are in the project pipeline
- Provide an assistance for telephone and web enquiries
- Allocating stock and shipping requirements amongst other duties

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Interior Design background with a design qualification or degree is ideally
- Experience working as a Sales Designer, Sales Consultant, Showroom consultant or sales representative is prefered
- Experience in Interior Design, Furniture - BP, Fabrics & Textiles, and Interior Finishes Business is a plus
- Passion for interior design and architecture
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional client service
