ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a warm, stylish, and engaging Showroom Concierge to join our flagship showroom team on weekends. This is an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our brand and deliver a premium customer experience that reflects our values and hospitality standards.

You'll be the first point of contact for all showroom visitors, ensuring every customer feels welcomed, valued, and genuinely looked after from the moment they step through our doors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome every customer upon entry with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
• Offer customers refreshments such as water or coffee to create a premium hospitality experience
• Engage customers with genuine conversation, making them feel special and cared for
• Qualify customers by identifying whether they are trade or retail, if they're working with a sales consultant, and their project timing and needs
• Hand over qualified customers to full-time team members or capture client details when Sales Consultants are busy
• Accurately input customer information into Shopify POS, including creating customer profiles and enrolling customers into the Loyalty Membership Program
• Share the brand story with enthusiasm and confidence; act as a true brand ambassador who embodies our style and values
• Maintain strong product knowledge across the core range, current promotions, and loyalty offers
• Support showroom readiness each day - ensuring the environment is immaculate, on-brand, and inviting before opening
• Follow direction from the Showroom Manager and assist with any tasks that contribute to a seamless and premium customer experience

• Stylish and well-presented, with a strong sense of brand and personal style
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, proactive, and professional under pressure
• Passionate about design, interiors, and creating memorable customer experiences
• Available to work Saturday, Sunday, or both
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury customer service
