As an Executive Team Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team in their day-to-day activities. Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the leadership team. You will have a natural knack for supporting top-tier executives and ensuring smooth operations. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with your ability to anticipate needs and proactively tackle challenges, will set you apart as an asset to the organisation. Your proficiency in utilising a range of software tools and your meticulous attention to detail will ensure the executives receive unparalleled support. **A snapshot of your role**:

- Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations whilst preparing detailed itineraries including visas, taxis, restaurant bookings and ad hoc personal requests
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using your expert Microsoft Office skills
- Assist in planning and organising company events and functions
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the executive team as and when is required. Ensure the smooth day to day running of the office
