This newly created role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level executive support while working closely with a dynamic marketing and partnerships team. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and the successful delivery of business priorities across a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

About the Role

This is a varied and fast-moving role where no two days are the same. You'll manage the administrative needs of the Chief Growth Officer while supporting the broader marketing team on projects, events, and stakeholder initiatives.

Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities will ensure everything runs seamlessly — from diary management and budget tracking to event coordination and partnership support.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant Support

• Manage the calendar, diary, and travel arrangements for the Chief Growth Officer.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Manage inboxes and prioritise communications to ensure timely responses.
• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking for executive-led projects.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for board or leadership meetings.
• Anticipate executive needs and provide proactive support.

Team Assistant Support

• Provide administrative support to the marketing, partnerships, and wider business teams.
• Assist with coordination of projects and tracking deliverables.
• Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
• Support team communications, meetings, and offsites including logistics and materials.
• Assist with onboarding of new team members and coordination with external contractors.

Partnerships & Events Support

• Assist in planning and delivering marketing and partnership events, sponsorships, and client functions.
• Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage event logistics, vendor engagement, and on-site coordination.
• Assist with partner contract administration, renewals, and compliance tracking.

About You

You're an experienced and confident professional who enjoys supporting senior leaders and working as part of a high-performing team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional organisational skills, and bring a proactive, can-do attitude to everything you do.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Teams.
• Experience supporting events, partnerships, or contract management (desirable but not essential).
