Are you a Customer Experience Representative looking to be a part of a growing global business that values their team members? Then this is the role for you Based in our Alexandria office, this full time role reports to the Customer Service Manager.

**About you**:

- You’ll put the customer at the forefront of everything you do
- You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You’ll bring previous customer service or sales experience, working to targets or KPI’s
- You’ll have the ability to assess information and provide solutions
- You’ll have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn

**Responsibilities include**:

- You’ll contribute to driving a customer-first culture
- You’ll manage product and warehouse enquiries from our Distribution Partners and internal Sales Representatives.
- You’ll prepare and send quotes for products and promotions to our Distribution Partners.
- You’ll process and administer new orders received from our Distribution Partners
