**The Role**:
This role of Business Support Coordinator. This is a **Part Time Position**, **5 Hours a day (Mornings) Monday to Friday**. This job has the potential to evolve into a Full Time role.
**Duties include**:
- Advertising and induction of retail & commercial cleaners
- Back office support to the business in the provision of retail and commercial cleaning services
- Daily Co-ordination with Area Managers and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Liaise with both the cleaners and clients on a daily basis as well as correlate payroll information once a fortnight to ensure the correct payment of cleaners.
- Management of internal database
- Advertising of cleaners Australia wide
- Complete necessary documentation for new hires
- Communicate with clients and Area Managers and rectify grievances in a timely manner
- Correct completion of spread sheets once a fortnight for payroll purposes
- Follow up and reporting on cleaner attendance in respective states of responsibility
- Assisting the Operations Support Manager and Periodic Projects Manager in day to day tasks.
**Requirements and skills**:
- Excellent computer skills are essential as you will be working on an electronic platform.
- Must be able to demonstrate experience in all Microsoft packages.
- Good communication skills and telephonic manner as you will receive a high volume of calls.
- Proficiency in English.
- Well organised, attention to detail and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
