Customer Success Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator role involves providing overall project support including monitoring project plans, ensuring that deadlines are met, updating risks and issues, producing reports and briefing packs, handling the logistical requirements of the projects, as well as providing administration support to the Project Manager.
What You'll Do
- Assisting and supporting the Project Manager in their daily duties.
- Ensuring that relevant management information is gained and analyzed
- Assigning tasks and holding weekly Project Check In meetings to track progress
- Working with the team to remove blockers
- Control schedule; scheduling projects and allocating resources
- Track, analyze and communicate project risks and opportunities
- Leading all aspects of procurement and communicating to procurement manager any issues arising; including raising Sales Orders via ERP
- Involved in Coordinating projects from inception to completion.
- Developing training and briefing material for staff.
- Keeping in close contact with key project members and decision makers
- Track and report project progress to internal and external partners
- Update documentation and Project plan
- Update Data security procedures
- Support Project Manager with customer surveys, project reconciliation and weekly billings.

- Validated skills in written and verbal communications
- Basic project management strategies and tools
- Ability to articulate and evangelize services with partners
- Basic relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills
- Candidate should be able to remain focused during times with timeline pressure.
