As the HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role at the Melbourne Zoo, one of Zoos Victoria's four unique sites.

**About the Role**
As the HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in providing generalist human resources advice and support to the leadership team and employees, guiding them to effective solutions. From end-to-end recruitment to HR administration and broader priorities, you will be a key player in supporting various HR aspects, including recruitment, industrial relations and workplace culture matters. Additionally, you will contribute to developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives and actively undertake HR projects, including supporting value add organisational change initiatives.

**About You**
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven generalist HR experience across operational and corporate workforces.
- Strong employee relations management experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industrial instruments.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching through complex and sensitive matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Alignment with Zoos Victoria's vision and values.
- High levels of customer service, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Proven change management skills and the ability to handle competing priorities.
