What you’ll be doing:

- Partnering with retail leaders to drive performance, engagement, and culture across the business.
- Leading initiatives that create an exceptional employee experience and support growth.
- Coaching and supporting managers through all areas of HR including performance, development, and employee relations.
- Playing a key role in embedding HR strategy while still being hands-on in day-to-day HR operations.
