**What this opportunity involves**:
As the new Retail Lease Management Lease Administrator, you will support the team and the Head of Retail Lease Management on the Accounts coordination of administrative processing and compliance management for accurate and consistent tenancy schedules.

**An overview of the role**:

- Consistency of tenancy schedules and master data maintained for Vison and Acumen reporting
- Check Rent Review process (Fixed and CPI) has successfully been completed each month
- Complete forms for lease uploads once received (new leases, renewals, terminations), ready for Retail Manager approval
- Assist with production of Tenant Tax Invoices across portfolio by monitoring closure of lease events
- Monthly reviews to ensure all records are completed
- Tenant PLI Certificate currency maintained
- Bank Guarantees / Security Deposit in place, top-ups obtained from tenants as per lease
- First point of escalation for Regional Managers for Lease Administration queries via Manage Engine or directly
- Prepare tenant recharge templates and supporting documentation
- Accurate recording of all original legal tenancy documents including bank Guarantees in Vison and SharePoint folders.
- Compiling relevant asset information as part of the acquisition or divestment requirements.
- Assist with accurate recording and arrange offsite secure storage of original documents on settlement of acquisition.
- ensure compliance to all Retail Legislation requirements and Policies and Procedures followed for duties undertaken.

- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A good level of financial aptitude and computer literacy, with the ability to expand these skills as necessary.
- Good Report Writing and Time Management skills.
- Excellent interpretive, analytical skills
- Knowledge of the Retail Tenancy Legislation
- Property and/or Management Qualification
- Use of the ‘Vison’ system is advantageous
- Time management skills, in particular efficient management of a high-volume Outlook inbox and file systems
