About the opportunity

As a National Leasing Manager, you will be accountable for the leadership of the National Leasing team to drive performance through the assets. You will create and build on the assets value by delivering great retailer and customer solutions and maximizing income and return outcomes while building on the team delivery of performance to the funds.

This role will see you lead and deliver innovation into the leasing function. You are skilled in driving outcomes with teams, and experienced in delivering complex negotiations as this role will have an active function in dealing with key major and national retailers as well as source new to market opportunities.

About you

You are a strong People Manager and have experience in leading a national and diverse team. You know the Australian retail market and have some knowledge of global brands and markets. You bring experience in understanding the end-to-end leasing process including lease administration, tenancy fit out, design and building services and an understanding of master planning. Ideally you have also worked in a role where you have been involved, but not necessarily run, the integration of a new leasing system. You will bring experience and knowledge with best practice in mind.

You are a true collaborator and understand the importance of the teams you work with and how best to partner with them and have completed tertiary studies in either real estate, property, or finance with experience with working in the property industry. (Or similar).
