**Your Role**

As a Centre Manager, you will:

- ** Inspire, coach, and lead** your team to create a high-performing, happy workplace
- Build strong partnerships with families and local community
- Keep operations running smoothly — rosters, budgets, resources, and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement in learning programs and centre culture
- Collaborate with your Leadership Team: Relationship Manager, Education Leader, Operations Manager, and Quality Manager
- Focus on what matters most — education, people, and impact — with support from our central Support Office
