**The Client**

Proud of it's reputation of providing personalised service this successful privately owned freight forwarder offers end to end services to an established base of general and project cargo clients.

**The Position**
- Register and prepare job files
- Co-ordinate end to end import air and sea, FCL and LCL freight shipments
- Complete forwarding documentation efficiently and accurately
- Lodge Cargo Automation
- Manage Customs and Quarantine requirements
- Liaise with overseas offices and agents
- Negotiate and co-ordinate local transport movements
- Communicate with clients confidently and effectively
- Update clients with weekly status reports
- Calculate, prepare and issue invoices

**The Requirements**
- Solid industry experience managing the entire import process
- Excellent communication skills
- CargoWise experience preferred
- Enthusiastic, team player attitude
- Positive, outgoing mindset
