This role works as part of a multi-disciplinary team contributing to strategic projects and programs together with our business-as-usual operations within our portfolio of responsibilities.

About you.
- You will be excited to develop and deliver written content across a number of internal channels, online and through presentations
- You will be driven to research and analyse the effectiveness of communications to continuously improve and innovate the quality and reach
- You will manage the quality and consistency of written information to ensure a consistent, plain English look and feel across communication content
- You will be creative and innovative at your core, designing and running events to support communication outcomes
- You will enjoy engaging with people, our people are people and work with customer front of mind

Skills.
- Able to demonstrate strong writing and editing skills with an excellent eye for detail
- Previous experience in designing, managing and co-ordinating small-scale, in-house events
- Project management skills to manage deadlines
- Previous experience in problem solving and managing conflicting priorities
- Previous experience being able to understand customer experience and customer journeys in a service or hospitality environment would be beneficial but not essential
