**What is unique about you?**:
You are an experience Executive Assistant, Events Manager or Project Coordinator with a proven record of successfully managing the end-to-end of complex projects and large-scale corporate events. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where juggling and responding to ever-changing priorities is a crucial part of the role. You are polished in everything you do, whether that’s written and verbal communication, presentation and your organisational skills. You bring the flexibility to adapt and react as required and the discipline to be on top of your game all the time. You enjoy a team-based environment, being ready to help anyone that needs you and collaborating in a supportive manner to deliver exceptional results. You will be experienced in the corporate world, enjoying the structure that comes with it.

**A snapshot of your role**:

- Manage the financial aspect of your executives’ travel and events calendar, planning and monitoring budgets, itineraries and timelines in accordance with the strategic plan
- Quickly and effectively respond to unforeseen project issues as they present, adapting as required to ensure goals and deliverables are met in a timely manner
- Communicate with the Leadership Team with efficiency and professionalism regarding all aspects of ongoing projects and upcoming events, ensuring the team works smoothly to achieve results
- Provide administrative and organisational support to your directors, drafting and sending correspondence on behalf of your executives and acting as a gatekeeper to their focus and time
- Liaise with HNW clients, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism, carrying company values throughout the experience
