We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Submissions Coordinator to support our team within our new Joint Venture - BFHI. Reporting to the Pre-Contracts Manager, this is a fantastic 12-month fixed term opportunity where you will gain industry relevant experience and receive on-the-job support/coaching. We also offer excellent employee benefits and pathways for further growth.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Work with the Pre-Contracts Manager to establish Tender Action Plans for each bid- Manage the submission development from ROI & EOI through to complete RFT Proposals- Coordinate appropriate review and approval meetings with the wider team for internal governance- Contribute to the development of the successful design and response of tender submission documents- Development of non-technical written bid responses and proof-reading elements of technical writing for consistency, purpose & clarity- Contribute to and maintenance of internal submissions resources library content (Project sheets, Staff CV’s, company performance information).
How you'll connect to the role:
- Experience in Submissions Management in a Tier 1 or 2 Construction Company- Collaborative attitude and the ability to work with people from all aspects of construction, to extract the relevant information needed to fulfil response schedules in line with agreed delivery strategy- Fluency in MS suite and ideally InDesign, Photoshop & Adobe-Pro- Capability to develop, understand, articulate and carry through agreed win themes in both written and graphical development- Ability to manage multiple submissions at varying stages of completion simultaneously- Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership- Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture.
