The Opportunity:
We're looking for an experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Services submissions team, based in Noble Park in a full-time capacity. This fast-paced and diverse role will see you working with the Submissions team to coordinate tenders for the Victorian & Tasmanian IS business units. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of our Pre-Contracts team as we are actively pursuing a range of opportunities throughout the region.
Key responsibilities:
- Using Microsoft Word templates to set up tender response documentation;
- Collating information, obtaining graphics and assisting the team with reviewing and updating content;
- Updating and coordinating Resource Library content;
- Formatting of documents to a high standard in both Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and design packages;
- Maintaining structures and organised folder systems; Ad hoc administration duties.
About You:
- Intermediate to Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Suite;
- A strong sense of urgency and ability to work to deadlines;
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards of work;
- A confident communicator who can articulate themselves clearly, coupled with the ability to proofread and correct grammatical mistakes
- Prior experience in a pre-contracts/submissions role within a civil infrastructure/construction environment would be highly beneficial
