Our client, a leader in integrated services in seeking an experienced _**Bid Coordinator**_to join their team in Northern Sydney. The successful applicant will be responsible for the preparation of tender submissions in the Asset & Development business unit scope.

**Key details;**
- Coordinate preparation, review, submission of tenders
- Ensure all bids have a clear program for delivery
- Working with external & internal bid resources to meet completion dates
- Assist with submission of sub-contractors for tendering
- Manage post submission responses
- Attend to & assist of any tender enquiries or matters
- Liaising with business & senior managers

**Skills & Knowledge;**
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop, deliver & agree to tender strategies
- Proven experience in setting programs for completion
- Tender management experience
- Excellent time management skills

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
