**About the Role**
The Program Change Lead drives successful transformation at SASS. You'll design and deliver program wide change management leadership and support, ensuring smooth adoption of new ways of working across the University. This pivotal role will shape change management best practices, guide stakeholders, and lead high-impact projects like the Student Services Transformation Program. You'll work closely with leadership, technical teams, and the wider change community to achieve transformative outcomes for students and the University.

Your responsibilities will include:

- **Deliver impactful change**: Design and execute comprehensive change management and communication strategies, including planning, stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and reinforcement.
- **Provide exceptional service**: Deliver high-quality change and communication services through a client-focused approach, including service request management, project scoping, and service agreement development.
- **Enhance team effectiveness**: Contribute to team success through knowledge sharing, practice improvement initiatives, and active participation in team governance and pipeline management.
- **Ensure best practices**: Maintain high standards of service delivery by contributing to the development and refinement of change management frameworks, toolkits, and internal processes.

**Who we are looking for**
We are looking for an individual with deep expertise in all phases of the change lifecycle, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and strategic planning. They have a proven track record of success in delivering high-impact change initiatives within complex organizations. This highly motivated professional excels in fast-paced environments, effectively managing multiple priorities while consistently demonstrating strong teamwork and a commitment to organizational values.

You will also have:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training plus significant change management experience.
- Experience leading change and communications services on fast-paced, large scale programs of work with diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated ability to identify, escalate and manage risks to the successful delivery and embedding of program outcomes.
- Sound understanding of contemporary change management methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated experience developing communication strategies, using a variety of channels, media and delivery styles to support engagement of internal audiences.
