Join an exciting technology start-up as their Logistics Officer, becoming a key member of their operations team based in Sydney CBD. Permanent role, opportunity for an immediate start.

**Your new role**

In your new role as Logistics Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

- Coordination of end-to-end fulfilment operations, collaborating with suppliers, customers, and third-party logistics providers, coordinating local and domestic shipments, ensuring on time delivery.
- Management of inventory movements both internal and external, ensuring data integrity within the ERP system and overall stock accuracy.
- Completion of all relevant paperwork, supporting the logistics manager to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, arranging necessary licenses and customs clearance.
- Working with key internal stakeholders across multiple business units (including sales, production, R&D) to ensure deadlines are met and goods are delivered on time to customers.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role in logistics/freight/transport, ideally within a controlled goods environment, with relevant qualifications highly regarded.
- Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end logistics covering import, export, and road freight, with experience working with freight forwarders highly regarded.
- Strong systems skills, with ERP systems experience, and full competency in MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work variable hours when required.
