**Your new company**
Your new company specialise in Armoured Fighting Vehicle Systems around the world. They pride themselves in being a prime contractor to the Australian Defence Force. Due to recent growth they’re looking to welcome a Logistics and Procurement Supervisor to the team in Brisbane.

**Your new role**
In your new role as the Logistics and Procurement Supervisor, you will be co-ordinating the import and export of all Helicopter Rotor Blades, spare parts, tooling, equipment & materials, ensuring supporting documentation is complete, accurate and in line with Australia Customs requirements. Your responsibilities will be:

- Ensure storage and distribution of parts and materials is conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Utilise and operate equipment compliant to Hawker Pacific OH&S and Environment programs and Aviation Safety Management System
- Provide input into the development and revisions of internal site procedures for continuous improvement as required.
- Actively participate, comply, and promote Hawker Pacific OH&S and Environment programs and Aviation Safety Management System.
- Provide Waste Management solutions in accordance with Australian requirements.
- Ensure that spare parts and products are ordered through the IFS ERP system acceptable timeframes to meet project deadlines
- Check for damage and discrepancies between the goods and invoices of those goods, in line with company policies

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in Logistics and Procurement within the Aviation Industry. As well as this you will possess:

- Computer Literate in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience with logistics in an aircraft maintenance (or similar) environment
- Demonstrate understanding of Aviation regulatory requirements for control of Aircraft parts and materials
- Knowledge of packaging and shipping requirements

Please note Australian Citizenship is essential for this position as you will need to be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence security clearance.
