
Superannuation Administrator

**The opportunity**
The primary purpose of the Master Trust Superannuation Administrator is to ensure the delivery of best possible customer services to AMP’s Master Trust (retail and corporate superannuation) customers, advisers and employers while contributing to a high performing team.
**How you will make an impact**
- Providing outstanding service to AMP’s customers and colleagues via BPMS cases, inbound and outbound calls, and written correspondence.
- Achievement of daily Key Performance Indicators of individual and team
- Meeting or exceeding quality assurance targets
- Ensuring compliance and legislative requirements are adhered to
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve procedures
- Raising issues through the correct channels, challenging positively and proactively working to overcome barriers.
- Adding value to each customer interaction by understanding the customer needs and adapting to find the best service approach
**What you will bring to the role**
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer focused environment desirable
- Previous experience in a changing environment / able to adapt to change easily
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt your style to delivers messages in a concise and confident manner
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with your stakeholders
- Passionate about helping people and excited about a career in Customer Service
- Problem solving skills with a focus on achieving a positive outcome for the customer
- Open mindset and learning agility to keep up to date with new information
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and priorities workload to meet deadlines.
