Our Client, a Fortune 100 global brand and leading global financial services company is undertaking a complex three-year transformational project. This opportunity requires exceptional project management to support the execution of marketing campaigns across European markets. The team is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to join the team responsible for launching this new B2B product.

Do you have project management experience? Have you been involved with a product launch?

Below is a snapshot of what your day to day could look like:
**Key Activities include**:

- Managing project milestones, deadlines and budgets to ensure flawless execution.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to gain marketing material feedback and approvals.
- Managing the creative agency to execute the development of marketing material for the social, digital and experiential channels
- Working cross-functionally and globally to ensure alignment.

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
- Proven success in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience executing marketing programs across diverse channels and platforms.
- Strong follow up and follow-through skills.
- Experience working with agencies and global partners.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm to work on a transformational product launch.

This is a hybrid role requiring some work in the company's Sydney office. COVID-19 policies and procedures are in place,
