We are seeking multiple motivated Project Coordinators to support critical operational initiatives within a SA Government department.
These temporary roles will provide hands-on project support to ensure effective delivery of business outcomes.

Role Overview
Reporting to a Program Manager, the Project Coordinators will play a key role in coordinating and supporting project activities across multiple initiatives.
These roles are well-suited to self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
Reporting to the Project Director and providing updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Working directly with the project delivery team and supporting work packet leads in achieving project outcomes.
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, drafting action items, and tracking follow-ups.
Monitoring schedules and progress, ensuring project milestones and reporting requirements are met.
Assisting with the set-up of program dates and timelines, connecting information across teams and stakeholders.
Coordinating inputs for reports, status updates, and project artifacts.
Supporting the delivery of work packets and identifying needs for resources or information.
Managing project-related administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and compliance with reporting standards.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within large or complex organisations.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and confidence in preparing reports and documentation.
A proactive approach with the ability to support both high-level project governance and day-to-day operational tasks.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly and manage competing priorities
Experience in project coordination within government or large organisations preferred
