At Get Readii Group, we are a Registered NDIS provider, offering essential support services including daily living, community access, capacity building, support coordination, psychosocial recovery coaching, SIL, STA, and more. We specialise in mental health and psychosocial disabilities, so prior experience in this space is desirable but not essential.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, compassionate individuals who are ready to build on their experience and grow into a Support Coordination role. Whether you're looking for part-time or permanent roles, we want you to join us and help empower people in our community.

**What We're Looking For**:

- At least 3 years’ experience working in the disability, community or mental health sector (Note: this job does not require previous Support Coordination experience)
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Mental Health, Community Services or related
- Blue Card / Yellow Card
- National Police Check
- Queensland Driver’s License & Own Vehicle
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- A willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment

**Job Types**:

- Casual (with opportunity to transition into part-time or full-time)

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or above in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities

**Essential Certifications**:

- First Aid and CPR Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance (required)

**Work Location**:
Hybrid and community-based across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Schedule:

- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working in the disability, mental health or community sector: 3 years (preferred)
