Junior Program Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Junior Program Coordinator.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to support the Service Coordinator in the day-to-day operation of our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the development and delivery of engaging programs that meet the needs of children and families
  • Supporting daily service operations, including program implementation, staff supervision, and administrative tasks
  • Helping to manage staffing and team collaboration, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Maintaining compliance with policies and regulations, including child safety and wellbeing
  • Providing exceptional customer service to families and the school community
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed or current Diploma of Children's Services or relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching
  • Experience assisting with programming and a passion for quality childcare
  • Strong administration and documentation skills in an OSHC setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
