Our client is a leading electrical contracting business in South East Queensland. They currently have an opportunity available in their Service/Maintenance division for a Junior Service Coordinator. This position is a front facing role based in their North Brisbane office.

**Primary Objective***

Reporting to the Domestic Account Manager, you will assist in identifying key resources and providing the support required for meeting the Service Teams’ objectives. High quality administration and attention to detail must be of paramount importance throughout the entire Service Team to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for organising the field technicians’ daily schedules and co-ordinating tasks on a weekly basis, in conjunction with the Domestic Account Manager. You must be able to support and assist in managing a team, demonstrate leadership by example, possess sharp attention to detail and action decisions in a timely manner. Answering incoming calls, use conscious and inclusive decision-making skills, and enjoy customer service. Day to day responsibilities will include;
- Assisting in the management of the overall performance of the Service Department Teams including, but not limited to: operational performance, customer service, account management, financial performance, and new business
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable - actioned daily in accordance with the company’s KPI’s
- Establish and maintain successful relationships with clients, stakeholders, wholesalers, and suppliers
- Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, planning, and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing all company policies and procedures
- Maintain exceptional communication and organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Implement the company and client’s safety, quality and environmental systems in conjunction with the Domestic Account Manager
- Ensure each individual team member is focused on achieving team goals and take appropriate action when performance standards are not being met
- In conjunction with the Domestic Account Manager, identify upskilling and training opportunities for all employees
- Attend all meetings as required, including submission of requested reports
- Operational efficiencies need to be monitored every day to ensure that all company vehicles are being utilised to the highest capacity from a scheduling point of view
- Undertake all other duties as requested by the Domestic Account Manager, Service Group Manager and General Manager.

You will also hold the following experience, skills and attributes:

- Previous working experience within Trades and Services industries
- Ability and confidence to communicate effectively with clients, management and service technicians
- Excellent organisation, time management and planning
- Good problem solving skills and strong sense of initiative
- Quick and accurate data entry skills
- High attention to detail is essential
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ideally experience with CRM systems, invoicing and scheduling
- Experience with Simpro would be an advantage
