**Junior Project Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, documenting, and monitoring software projects.
- Coordinate activities, resources, and information to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assign tasks to internal staff and third parties, and monitor task progress.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and support.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to detail timelines, budgets, and project plans.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and adhere to deadlines.
- Provide weekly project reports to the Operations Manager.
- Track and manage change requests, ensuring any adjustments are documented and communicated effectively.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss project parameters, deliverables, and timelines.
- Support the project team in evaluating and troubleshooting software products at all stages of development.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of industry experience in project coordination or technical management.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
- Technical background or understanding of software development processes is preferred.
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in new technology and business innovations.
- Ability to work effectively with remote and cross-cultural teams.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of UX/UI patterns.
- Experience with hosting servers, FTP, and APIs.
- Basic programming knowledge.
- Experience leading teams or managing resources.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Brisbane City, QLD 4000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
