**Courses We Deliver**:

- **AUR30620** - Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- **AUR30320** - Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology
- **AUR20220** - Certificate II in Automotive Air Conditioning Technology

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of trainers, assessors, and admin staff
- Maintain accurate HR records, including trainer qualifications, PD logs, and industry currency
- Ensure all HR practices align with **ASQA standards**, RTO policy, and employment law
- Support workforce capability and performance review processes
- Coordinate staff training, PD plans, and compliance documentation
- Assist with policy development and implementation related to staff conduct, grievances, and WHS
- Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with the RTO’s values and mission

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification in **Human Resources**, **Business Administration**, or related field
- Experience in HR, preferably within the education, training, or VET sector
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and Fair Work requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and handle confidential matters with discretion
- Proficiency with HR systems, document management, and cloud-based platforms

**Desirable**:

- Experience working within an RTO or VET-compliant environment
- Familiarity with ASQA’s **2025 Standards for RTOs**, particularly in relation to **workforce capability**:

- Experience coordinating with trainers/assessors in Automotive and/or Business training environments
- Working knowledge of platforms like aXcelerate or similar SMS/LMS systems
