**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responds to business leaders with agility and nimbleness with an enterprise mindset
- Drive the success of organization by leveraging HR strategies
- Drive business leaders’ ownership of talent management strategies (e.g., talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, etc.) to achieve long-term business strategy and near-term business priorities
- Influence business leaders effectively to ensure the best outcome for the people and the business
- Act as a consultant to guide business leaders on supporting and linking culture change with measurable business impact, including identification of high-impact behaviors at all levels of the organization
- Create a positive experience by representing HR function and taking ownership of the results
- Primarily interfaces with and serves as single point of contact within HR for assigned leader(s) and his/her business team(s); liaises directly with HR Center of Excellence as needed
- Lead, accept and drive change; manage ambiguity while ensuring fair treatment and outcomes
- Delivers HR programs and policies as well as provide day-to-day HR support
- Delivers HR excellence with an Enterprise mindset
- Ensures data integrity and accuracy in order to leverage data for insights and action
- Monitors and ensures compliance with local laws and guidelines
- Any other HR related matters

**Role Requirements**:

- Strong business acumen in anticipating challenges and finding solutions to achieve business results
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and respective employment laws.
- Between 3 to 5 years of related experience especially resolving complex employee relations issues.
- HR related Bachelor's degree
- Collaborative, independent and proactive team member with meticulous attention, excellent interpersonal skills and good people skills
- Able to travel domestically and internationally when required
