**Your New Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mentor and coach writers to write professional Recommendation Letters and Petition Letters for US clients
- Align US attorneys to deal with legal documents and compliance.
- Develop and manage a training calendar that ensures timely and consistent delivery of required training.
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure all training materials and compliance comply with current laws and regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using feedback to improve content and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all training activities and certifications.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- LLB qualification (Bachelor of Laws) is required.
- Strong writing, editing, research, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven experience in a Training Manager or similar role, ideally in a legal, or business environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with e-learning platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
