**The Opportunity**

Centric are currently seeking an experienced Relationship & Training Manager to join our Investment Platform. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, flexible on location within Australia for the right person.

The Relationship & Training Manager (RTM) is an integral part of the Growth Team within the Centric Business. Working closely with the business development team to secure and onboard new clients, the RTM is responsible and has primary accountability, for creating and managing enduring relationships with the support teams of Centric Through anticipating, understanding and managing client needs the RTM is a key owner of the retention and wellbeing of our clients.

**What does a typical week look like?**
- Deliver a high-quality client experience, partnering with clients to maximise platform value all the way through from the sales journey, onboarding process and beyond
- Management of establishing new AFSL and key team members onto the Centric platform
- Building and managing onboarding programs, in partnership with our clients, of new accounts to the Centric Platform
- Develop and curate fit for purpose and best practice training material, including the delivery of meaningful training for new clients, and ongoing education regarding new features, enhancements and platform upgrades
- In partnership with the sales team, attract, retain and convert new business opportunities through platform demonstrations and training to new clients and identifying further transition opportunities with existing clients, where appropriate

- Demonstrated project management capabilities
