Brisbane, Australia State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning Full time

**Key duties**:

- Work collaboratively with a diverse range of professional and administrative staff in the Infrastructure and Regional Strategy group to provide project support in relation to state and regional infrastructure strategy and infrastructure initiatives and reform.
- Research, review and analysis in relation to infrastructure strategies, plans and projects and related implementation activities, including the development and implementation of Regional Infrastructure Plans.
- Support and contribute to engagement and consultation activities by building a positive rapport and effective networks with internal and external stakeholders including across all levels of government, industry, community and regional professionals.
- Prepare sensitive, well researched and often confidential materials for advice, correspondence, briefing notes and submissions and assist with cabinet documentation processes relevant to regional economic strategies and infrastructure plans.
- Actively contribute to and support change in processes, procedures and systems to ensure project outcomes are achieved and support the strategic direction of the division.
- Represent the department at meetings, conferences and events in an effective and professional manner.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Director and team members.
