As we continue to grow, we're seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as the** Project Officer.**

Are you a proactive individual with strong Project Administration skills? Qscan Group is seeking a talented Project Officer to support project managers across our portfolio of IT projects. Reporting to the Program Director within our Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of various projects.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all aspects of project activities within the PMO’s allocated projects.
- Assist Project Managers in managing and updating documentation, schedules, risks, and issues registers, cost plans, and other project governance documentation.
- Prepare material for and support Project Steering meetings and other directing committees.
- Support the management of suppliers and vendors effectively.
- Coordinate induction activities for new project team members and vendors.
- Assist in preparing and distributing timely reports for various audiences.
- Support project managers in the development and management of appropriate risks and issues tools ensure all risks and issues are being captured appropriately within the PMO framework.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Project Management or Coordination certification.
- Previous experience coordinating project management functions across multiple complex projects is essential.
- Proven experience taking initiative in activities that have improved business performance and growth.
