**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our well-established team. This role will provide a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and assisting clients at reception
- Collating tax returns and overseeing meeting room coordination
- Handling general administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide a warm and professional reception experience for clients
- Perform various clerical duties to support office operations
- Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings
- Assist with the preparation and collation of tax returns
- Ensure effective communication and organization across the office
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who demonstrates:
- Professional presentation and telephone etiquette
- Quick learning abilities and adaptability
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality
- Effective multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure
- A committed team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Experience with ATO Portals, XERO, ASIC and CAS360 is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
