$34-$37ph depending on experience (includes casual loading)

How you will make an impact

The Medical Receptionist/Administrator will provide exceptional reception and administrative services to doctors, patients, referring practitioners and allied health staff in the Cabrini Specialist Centres. The role will primarily be based in our Malvern rooms but will be required to work across our other Specialist Centre sites located in Hawthorn East, Cabrini Brighton and Cabrini Elsternwick.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Performing reception duties, data entry, invoicing, and offering hospitality and efficient services to all visitors and hospital staff- Maintaining confidentiality and respect for sensitive information- Answering telephones and other enquiries- Attending to patient requests, referring to the appropriate person if unable to assist

About you

In addition to your commitment to ensuring a high standard of service for our patient visitors and staff, you will have the following:
- Previous reception/office experience (preferably within healthcare and specifically specialist medical rooms)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn patient administration software- Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to problem-solve- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills, and telephone manner- Adaptable to change within an evolving service- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently, autonomously, and respectfully within the team
