manufacturing environment and to join a team which has a successful history of growth and innovation within the

food manufacturing sector.

**Responsibility**:

- Organise technical documentation with a logical system and maintain the document control of mentioned documents (documentation related to Finished Products and Raw Materials).
- PIF creation for Finished Products working with Research and Development Team.
- Recipe Master/BOM approval for Finished Products
- Completing VITAL for Finished Products
- Assisting customers with queries and completing their supplier questionnaires.
- Online PIF system implementation and maintenance of Raw Materials and Finished Products
- Reviewing Raw material PIFs for approval to purchase
- NIP Master maintenance for raw materials
- Approved Supplier Program Maintenance for Raw material suppliers
- VACCP Risk assessment maintenance for Raw Materials
- Assisting with the development and monitoring of quality assurance systems around new product development, for example but not limited to label approval, communicating Lab Technicians on tests required by co-ordinating with R&D team.
- Microbiological, food safety and allergen knowledge
- Full working rights in Australia
- Practical computer skills - Medium / Advance Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Attentiveness - Essential to have with an eye for detail
- Good communication skills
- Energetic and proactive
- Possess the ability to develop relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Organised individual and able to work independently
- Available to work Full Time Monday-Friday 8-4pm

**Desirable qualifications and experience include**:

- Familiar with AFGC PIF Version 6, FSANZ PEAL Labelling updates.
- VITAL, VACCP Training
- Experience in using online PIF Version 6 systems (PIF Manager, Hamilton Grant, etc.)
- Experience in creating PIFs from scratch
- Ability to organise documentation in a clear logical way
- Experience in quality control / quality assurance within food manufacturing
- Familiar with manufacturing environments and fast-paced/seasonal production demands
