**ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (Contract/Temp) September - January**
We have a position for an experienced Administration Assistant who can manage many of the moving parts in a bespoke project. The role is busy, and you will be the first point of contact for all casual employees. The role includes rostering staff, issuing induction information, booking & scheduling plant equipment, taking deliveries and general administration duties.
You will be providing administrative support to our project operations team from our office in Derrimut. We are looking for someone experienced in the workforce planning space. You will have a good exposure to scheduling and an eye for detail.
Our installation season is between October and January. Therefore, the role will require some flexibility during this period to support our field team as many of our installations are at night and on weekends.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining accurate workforce data using rostering system
- Preparing letters of engagement and onboarding casual employees
- Assisting with communications to casual employees
- Manage timesheets, and payroll information
- Ensure all employees and install and dismantle partners are provided with accurate and up to date induction requirements for all jobs
- Book and schedule plant equipment for each job
- Work closely with the operations team & suppliers to ensure equipment is delivered and collected
- General administrative support (including raising PO’s, data entry of timesheets, receipting deliveries)
- General logistics and co-ordination
**Skills Required**:
- Knowledge and experience working with schedules and complex excel documents
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-disciplined and motivated who displays initiative and strong attention to detail
- Willingness and flexibility to work out of hours or weekends as required
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in workforce coordination and rostering
- Previous experience within the hire industry would be highly advantageous but not essential
- Forklift Licence not essential

Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per year
