With a healthy pipeline of work, we are looking for an experienced and talented Systems Coordinator to join our team. The role is new and unique in our business, allowing for great scope to make it your own and a significant impact. The purpose is to ensure that our technology systems, in particular Office 365, are being used effectively and efficiently to support our group’s the business operations, and design and develop new systems and processes as required. You will work closely with the construction managers and teams to understand their needs and ensure that our systems are tailored to support their work. - Your skills and experience._

What you will do:

- Engage stakeholders to establish outcomes, requirements and actions
- Drive Innovation and Integration across company processes and systems
- Coordinate the configuration and technical maintenance of Kapitol Group’s Microsoft Office 365 systems
- Manage the development and implementation of ongoing support systems and processes through the use of O365 platforms
- Troubleshoot and propose action plans for basic and difficult issues and provide regular updates ahead of resolution
- Support the leadership and all construction teams with technical guidance and training
- Continuously improve Kapitol Group’s O365 services management
- Collaborate with internal and external IT support as required
- Coordinate alignment and updates of multiple digital platforms including, but not limited to; Aconex, BIM360, PROCORE, Hammertech, PowerBI

What you will bring:

- A passion for the technology industry and creating great systems
- Exposure to the Construction / Property sector and associated software systems (desirable)
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree and experience
- Circa 5 to 8+ years’ experience in a similar Office 365 system
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 365, e.g. SharePoint Online, Power BI, Teams, Exchange, Azure
- Thorough understanding of systems and network design, development, implementation and end user training
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including coordination with IT teams
- Capable of working autonomously and embracing the ownership and accountability of your role
- Well-developed project management, problem solving, troubleshooting, time management and organisational skills
