**ABOUT US**:
Our client are an award-winning Global design studio known for delivering meaningful projects across urban design, architecture, and interiors with Head Office Located in Melbourne. They are currently looking for a skilled and experienced IT and Systems Coordinator.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Responding to, and timely resolution of, helpdesk tickets both face-to-face and remotely
- Setting up new staff accounts, equipment and performing IT inductions
- Active Directory administration and support
- Accurately maintaining and updating asset management software
- Creating and maintaining knowledge base guides
- Escalating support requests amongst the team as required
- Supporting and troubleshooting CAD Applications
- Managing, monitoring, and deploying software licensing
- Monitoring and reporting on cloud services and tools
- Working closely with partner organisations to assure the efficient operations of our Azure

platform.

Also getting the chance to learn and gain experience in:

- Working within a cloud platform delivered via Infrastructure as Code.
- Managing cloud hosted VDI systems enabling CAD workloads from distributed compute.
- Have support of internal teams and Microsoft partners to assist you on your cloud journey.
- Change management in a geographically distributed organisation.

**KEY REQUIRMENTS**:

- 2-4 years relevant experience required.
- IT Support Level 2 is preferred.
- Have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and the ability to.

confidence.
- Having the ability to manage multiple priorities and to work under pressure with a degree of

autonomy.
- Utilise effective problem-solving skills to make informed, timely, and effective decisions.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude, ready to jump on to whatever task is required.
