**Procurement Coordinator - Systems, Standards & Analysis**
As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Procurement Manager - Systems, Standards and Analysis in providing professional guidance and coaching to team members and stakeholders in the areas of procurement systems and standards. Your duties will include coordinating and administering the organisations central procurement and non-procurement Contract Management Systems (CMS), supplier on-boarding procurement, and due diligence assessments, while ensuring adherence to all relevant procurement policies and procedures.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum of one year of experience in contracts and procurement environment, with a focus on vendor administration within a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Effective supplier on-boarding and contract register update management skills.
- Positive and customer-focused attitude.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and administer V/Line's central procurement and non-procurement Contract Management Systems (CMS).
- Coordinate and administer the supplier on-boarding processes and associated verification and due diligence assessments.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and operating standards.
- Prepare reports and assessment of data as required.
- Encourage the sharing of procurement knowledge and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop solutions for customers.
