**Your Impact**

Reporting to the Group Head of Strategy you will play a pivotal role in shaping the continued growth of the leading beverages company in Oceania. This role requires an innovative leader to oversee the identification and execution of M&A and partnerships to provide value to Asahi.

This leadership role is critical in delivering the total business results, both internally and externally. This exceptional opportunity presents a platform for you to showcase your strong senior stakeholder management skills and leadership capability.

This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and leadership proficiencies. Within this opportunity lies the scope for you to actively shape, drive and deliver success at Asahi.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Sourcing and negotiating of potential M&As, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring all contractual terms achieve Asahi business outcomes.
- Identify and assess merger, acquisition and divestment opportunities aligned with Asahi Objectives.
- Source strategic partnerships to drive growth in new and/or emerging markets.
- Identify and assess merger, acquisition, and divestment opportunities.
- Directly manage negotiations with external partners and joint ventures.
- Deliver strong contractual terms and conditions in partnership agreements that deliver business outcomes.
- Provide impartial and objective recommendations to enable effective and focused decision-making.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualified.
- Experience within a similar large-scale FMCG environment preferred.
- Experience working with large, diverse teams and/or stakeholder groups to drive outcomes required for high-value strategic projects.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to assess the financial implications of decisions and recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience in the identification and execution of mergers and acquisitions.
- Legal understanding of requirements when executing any M&A.
- Strong Leadership skillset.
