**The Role**
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail focused **Group Assistant** to join our Legal, Risk & Compliance team.
This will be a core administrative support role which requires strong attention to detail and an upbeat, positive attitude. If you love variety in your day, then read on as this role will see you supporting our Group Head, coordinating workshops, managing diaries, driving agendas in meetings and generating reports, just to name a few. Some exposure to financial management including raising purchase orders, tracking budgets and processing invoices will be looked upon favourably. Essentially, you will be the glue in the Property team to support our high performance.
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or relevant discipline preferred in combination with experience in the same or similar working environment
- High level organisational skills including the ability to coordinate tasks, meet tight deadlines, determine priorities, take initiative and work under limited direction
- Demonstrated experience in providing timely analysis and advice to senior management in a complex, sensitive and demanding environment
- Demonstrated ability to use judgement and initiative to assess, analyse and report on critical business issues and identify, recommend and evaluate options to improve business performance
- Experience in liaising and consulting with all levels of staff on complex, confidential and sensitive matters, using tact and judgement
