The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) is seeking a Head of Corporate Partnerships to develop and oversee the implementation of NGV corporate partnership strategies. This position is responsible for leading the management of partnership and sponsorship contracts and overseeing the department's account management, ensuring compliance and that service requirements are met in a timely manner.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
You will manage the Corporate Partnerships department by aligning the team with organisational values and goals through effective people management and modelling. This includes clearly defining role expectations, monitoring performance, providing timely and constructive feedback, and facilitating employee development. This also includes ensuring a safe and healthy environment. Other key responsibilities include:
- Responsibly managing risks and resources in your area of responsibility, including financial resources by developing, managing, and reporting on budgets for the Corporate Partnerships department.
- Providing high-level advice to the Assistant Director, Marketing & Corporate Partnerships, Executive Management Team and senior staff on partnership related matters.
