Our client is a well-regarded Group and a leader within their sector. They are currently looking for a Corporate Development Manager to join their team and support their expansion via external acquisitions. With great internal culture, they operate in a fast-paced, innovative and entrepreneurial environment.

This position will-suit driven and ambitious candidates looking to advance their career. Suitable for first movers from Big 4 Deals/Transaction services, or from Investment Banking.

Reporting to a GM of Corporate development, and sitting in a close-knit team, this role will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating acquisition, divestment, and partnership opportunities.
  • Leading financial modelling, valuations, market research, and due diligence.
  • Developing investment cases and board presentations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (cross-department) on deal execution and integration.
  • Preparing monthly Board packs.
  • Analysing Group and subsidiary financial/operational performance.
  • Supporting annual budgets and rolling forecasts processes

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in corporate development, investment banking, transaction services, or private equity
  • Strong financial modelling, commercial analysis, and deal execution skills
  • Strong Excel skills - managing large data sets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
